1994 Dept 56 Alpine Village Series #56073 Polka Fest Village Accessory ~ Retired 1999

Department 56's third porcelain village, Alpine Village was introduced in 1986.  It represents a bavarian town featuring businesses, farms and homes that dot the mountainsides and valleys throughout the Alps.

This figurine set features a couple dancing while a woman plays the accordion.  All figurines sit on a snow covered base.  The man is dressed in his lederhosen and coat wearing his tyrolean hat.  The woman are wearing their finest dirndls for the village festivities!  The dancing woman wears her bonnet.  

THERE IS NO HORN PLAYER INCLUDED IN THIS SET.

Measures approximately: 3" in height.
