Scratches and scuffs. The vinyl plastic is dirty in spots. Missing accessories. One of the hanging shelves side pieces has a broken and missing yellow connector. One of the maps has a tear.

The searchlight and buzzer both work when tested! You have to press on the button to get it to work.

HQ opened is 34.5"W x 11" deep x 27.5"H.  With signal light it is 30"H.  Closed HQ IS 12.75" x 11" x 19.5"H to top of handle
