A very striking enamel Ginbari (foil technique) Set of Small Pendant with Larger Brooch/Pendant of Japanese origin with an Orchid subject.
The detail is outstanding with shades of dark and light pink, yellow, gold, green and blue flowing together within very fine wire work. The metal frame and pin appear to be rhodium plated so it will not tarnish.
The pin has a fold-over safety catch
