Binder type book is in very good condition, showing some wear and age. Interior pages are in very good to excellent condition. Other than a few pages of the first chapter have some wrinkling. I posted several photos so you can see what the average page looks like. Trains are from around the world.
Book has sixteen Chapters: 1) Basic Technical Data, 2) Creation of the World’s First Railway Systems, 3) Golden Age of the British System, 4) Golden Age of the Italian System, 5) Golden Age of the French System, 6) Golden Age of the German System, 7) The Swiss System and Big Alpine Electrics, 8) Other European Systems, 9) Grand Era of International Luxury Trains, 10) The Peak of Railroading in North America, 11) Railways of Distant Lands, 12) outstanding Records and Systems, 13) light Rail, Metros, and Subways, 14) Modern Trains and High-Speed Trains, 15) Railway Tourism and Culture, and 16) Toy Trains and Model Railroading.
Pages are made with slick or shiny stock paper and because they are in a binder are easy to remove and frame.
