In very good condition.  Vintage stone pendant is set in a sterling silver frame & hanger and weighs about 19 grams counting frame and hanger.  I added a vintage 20 inch Italian sterling silver chain .  See photos. Pendant measures about 2 1/2 inches counting hanger.
