BLUE VERVAIN is a native wildflower from the mountains and plains of North America. This plant has a long history as a medicine and dried for tea. Butterflies and Bees love this plant. Use as a border, or in a butterfly garden, also does well in containers. Easy to grow, drought tolerant, not picky about soil. Needs at least 8 hours of sun, will tolerate some shade. Grows to 30" - 50" tall and will spread through self-seeding. 200+seeds per order. Thank You!

Some Native Wildflower seeds need to go through a cold winter to germinate. This plant is one of them. They do this so the seed won’t sprout in fall, only to have the seedling not make it through a cold winter. I have stratified these seeds to simulate a cold winter(stratification) This raises the germination rate considerably. Thanks for looking!!
