One could get married in a meadow of wild flowers in this dress.....and then honeymoon at Coachella in the same dress! The dress is beautifully made - it is not a lightweight stretch crochet, but of a heavier cotton that drapes beautifully about the body. It is unlined. There is a zipper at the front that is concealed when the ruffle is closed with snaps.
The dress exudes romance...the sleeves that end in bells, the dropped waist, the V front.
The measurements are: Bust - 34” - 36”. (There is a little stretch to the fabric).
Waist - 26”-27”
Dropped Waist - 32” - 33”
Sleeve Length measured from shoulder seam - 18”
Length measured from top of neck in back - 45”
Shoulder to Shoulder - 16”
There is also 3 1/2” of hem that has been turned up inside, so if one wanted it to be longer it would be a simple matter to undo the stitching and no finishing of the edge would be required.
The second photo shows the dress accessorized....there are so many ways one could style this dress! The accessories in the photo are not included in the sale.
I tried to show in the tenth and eleventh photos small brown spots....there are three on the front and a few on the sleeves....they would probably come out with proper cleaning. When the dress is on they are not noticeable at all. The dress has no tears or any kind of damage.
The color of the dress is more like the first two photos. It is kind of a pale gold warm beige. The lighting of the other photos makes it look more white than it is.
I would be happy to provide more photos if needed.
