APPLICATIONS
This radio was offered in the following vehicles. Please match your part number because returns are not accepted. Why? Because it picks up your VIN once it's installed and can no longer be sold as new.
Will it need programmed? This radio is designed to work in
conjunction with your car's computer. Consequently, you may need
your dealer to program the computer once it is installed in your car.
Since it is new you will probably
have a significant level of functionality without the programming but
there might be some features that don't work right until the programming
is performed. Examples could be button back-lighting, steering wheel
controls, sound level, etc. If you install it and find you either don't
have any issues or can live with the few small ones you do have, great,
but please just plan on having the programming performed so the only
possible surprises are good ones.
As noted above, there are no returns accepted on this item.
Why? Because, once it's connected to your wiring harness, it will pick
up your VIN. That means it will automatically lock if it's put in any
other vehicle, since the VIN doesn't match. (It doesn't lock like this
for you because there's no VIN in memory when it's new.) For example,
let's say you install this and it doesn't solve your problem with sound
output on some of your speakers. (A common report on GM vehicles and replacing the radio almost never solves it.) Now it has your VIN in memory and probably also has mounting marks from the screws you used to installed it. If
you were to return it, we'd be sitting on a radio that used to be new
but clearly could no longer be sold as such. We sell radios like that
(new take-outs) for significantly less money because the customer is now
required to pay a dealer for programming to get it to do anything
in their vehicle. This is why returns are not accepted. We have no
desire to get in a messy situation where we have to withhold an unknown
portion of your refund to account for all changes in condition. It's
easier just to say returns are not accepted. No, we do not make
exceptions to this policy either. Unfortunately it's just the way it
is. Please understand that we are not GM or Delco and we aren't
affiliated with them in any way. (One of the reasons our prices
are so much cheaper.) We have no liability or responsibility for the
functionality of your audio system. While we feel bad for your
predicament, we cannot be put in a situation where we are obligated to
accept a return for something that has changed in value. If you're
having problems and this radio doesn't solve it, it's between you and
your dealer to figure out a solution. If they were the ones who told
you to get a radio, perhaps they will buy the radio from you...

SHIPPING & HANDLING
- Shipping cost is based on weight and zip code. This site does the figuring, not us. If you feel their calculation is high, you might be underestimating the package weight and/or current shipping costs from our zip code (62401) to yours. Please don't ding us for shipping in the ratings, as we have no control over ever-increasing carrier rates.
- We will enter a tracking number into your order details here on the site. They will email it to you if your notification preferences are set correctly.
- A signature is not typically required. If you are not home to receive the package, it will most likely be left at your door. Please monitor it's progress and arrange to collect it when it arrives.
