Vinyl plays with crackles and some clicks (play-graded). Cover looks okay; a few creases and some surface abrasion near edges; light-scuffing and surface impressions (front/back); discoloration with darker spots on back. Inner-sleeve is generic white. Spine is somewhat readable with wear and a split near top and bottom. Shelf-wear along top/bottom-edge with tape affixed to both. Wear to corners. Opening is somewhat wavy with signs of use and divots. 1973 pressing with turquoise label. (Not a cut-out.)
I Wish You a Merry Christmas, by Harry Belafonte, was conducted by Bob Corman. Millard Thomas and Laurindo Almeida, guitarists. Produced and directed by Ed Welker. To Wish You a Merry Christmas was originally released in 1958 as RCA Victor catalog number LPM/LSP-1887. The original LP cover featured an illustration of the Three Wise Men and a listing of the songs in front. The album was repackaged in 1962 as RCA Victor catalog number LPM/LSP-2626 with a different cover (with Belafonte's picture this time) and a different track listing on Side 2. The 1962 version had better sales than the original.
