Usage Method

1.The common rail injector directly or into the clamp connected to the ordinary hand pressure type verifier high-pressure tubing.

2.Select the appropriate plug according to the brand of the injector, and correctly connect the wiring harness with the injector.

3.According to the injector brand, select the corresponding drive mode, at this time you can hear the injector solenoid valve to pick up the armature "snap, snap" sound.

4.By constantly pressing the calibrator lever, to provide the appropriate injection pressure, the general pressure value of 30-40MPA is the best, at this time can observe the atomization performance of the injector.

5.Through the external measuring cylinder, the oil injection and oil return of the injector can be tested.
