Yellowstone's 6–8" long roots are deeper in color than most other yellow carrot varieties.
 
Nice, vigorous tops will compete with weeds.

Compared to Yellowbunch, it is earlier and shorter with a slightly blunter tip. 

Pairs well with Cosmic Purple, Atomic Red and White Lunar.

Carrots naturally take a long time (3 weeks) to germinate and need consistent moisture during that time and weeds can also hinder that.
