Review

Your class has been a great comfort to me. The loving energy you bring to the practice truly encourages one to experience the transformational potential of asana practice. Many teachers can teach a physically demanding class. Very few are able to open the door (or even point the way to the open door!) to an experience of transformation and love. It goes beyond any particular thing that you say or do (although there are many helpful things that you say and do), and is a product of ..... grace, I suppose. It is a great gift, and for that alone, I am happy to be in San Francisco. Thank you so much for sharing that grace with us. --Tom S.

It's not every day you get to thank a great teacher through email. So I'm going to take advantage of this opportunity. Your teachings and wisdom, consistent and subtle, have profoundly altered my life. I am so deeply grateful to you. After doing Mysore style Astanga for 1 year, coming to your class felt like a breath of fresh air-I felt like I was running through a big, green open field on a bright, beautiful sunny day with a cool breeze coming off the ocean. --Gassho

It is almost impossible to grasp, and surely impossible to put into words, enough gratitude for the few really major gifts in life. Yoga, for me, is one of these, and you are the conduit through which I have received it. There cannot be enough thanks for this. It has changed, or at least awakened, everything about my life. That is incredible power and you wield it with perfect gentleness and grace. --Kevin P.
