Turtle Memo Note Card Place Setting Picture Holder Metal Clip. I don't know if real pewter but it's designed to look like it and it's heavy weight and solid. Not abused, clean, nice working condition. Most likely vintage. 1 1/2" tall x 1" wide turtle. 3 1/2" tall overall.
