Find a Top that fit you well. Lay flat. With a tape measure, measure the arm pit to arm pit, from collar to bottom hem along the back, Shoulder seam to shoulder seam. and length of sleeve if long sleeve. 

Measurements:  Arm pit to Arm pit = 20 1/2 inches one way

                          Length center back under collar = 26 inches

                          Shoulder Seam to Shoulder seam = 17

                          Sleeve length from shoulder seam = Sleeveless

 Note: All measurements are taken when the item is lying flat and un-stretched.

NOTE: Couple of darker spots under left arm and 1 on back. See last 2 photo's
