Black and White Lucky Brand tunic top is soft black jersey knit with long sleeves. This has a black with white dot silky ruffle around the hem and at the end of the sleeves and is long enough to cover tummy and hips. Really cute with jeans and great with leggings or dress pants, it's very versatile and you can wear for career or casual. 

Condition is previously owned but lightly and gently worn. No issues were noted.

Bust measures about 21 inches across from under the arms and across the bra area

Hips are about 23 inches across

Sleeve including the polka dot ruffle is about 25 inches from shoulder seam to cuff

Length is about 31 inches from nape of neck in back down center back to hem.
