Siemens 6ES5-434-7LA12 Simatic S5 Digital Input Module 

This module is used but in good condition.  I was not able to test this but we do have a 30 day return policy with free returns in the unlikely event that this should have any problems.  

At the time of this listing we have more than one of these and so you may not receive the exact one shown but they are all in pretty much identical condition.
