Aircraft Part Heading/Bearing Indicator Device

This item was purchased from an aviation surplus sale. We do not know the history of it. It is in good cosmetic condition. It is not tagged as to the aircraft type, part number, or the condition status. It is aluminum and measures about 8 1/2" in overall length. We are not able to test it. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
