Jefferson 969-001 Model 282 Electric Transformer 115V SEC. V 3-6.5

This transformer is used but in good condition.  The outer part of the cord is cracking up as shown in the pictures.  It does power on but that is as far as I have been able to test it.

Everything that is included is shown in the pictures.
