This item is used. It is in good cosmetic condition. It powers on and the display comes on, but the battery is low and it will need new batteries. We have more than one of these, so the item you receive may not match the pictures exactly, but it will be in the same condition. There are no probes or cables included with this multimeter. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
