Microscope Illuminator/Magnifier Attachment

This item is used. It is in good cosmetic condition. On one end, it has a mounting ring with a diameter of about 1". On the other end, it has a small magnifier. It doesn't have a brand or model number. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
