This item is used. We had previously sold this but the buyer returned saying "The fabric switch has old FOS firmware 6.4.2a, cannot be upgraded without license information and OEM vendor information."    It powers on, the lights come on, and the fan runs. We are not equipped to test this unit further and it is being offered AS-IS for parts or repair. In the last couple of pictures you should be able to see where the metal back plate is bent in a couple of places around the bottom edge.  It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
