These resistors were purchased from an inventory surplus sale. We do not know the history of them. This is a box of 100 new resistors. We found the following specs on these: 10 Ohm, 1/8w, 1%, Axial". The resistors themselves are also marked, "Dale, 0639J". It only comes with what is shown in the pictures. We have more than one of these and so the one you receive may not exactly match the pictures, but it will be in the same condition.
