This item is used. It is in good cosmetic condition with minor signs of wear. It is not marked with a brand or model number. I don't know how accurate my cheap calipers are but it looks like the threaded openings are about 1-1/16" or 27mm in diameter. The diameter of the turret is about 3-9/16".  It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
