Sigma Electronics 12 Source Select

This item was purchased from an inventory surplus sale. We do not know the history of it. It is in good cosmetic condition. It powers on and we can get each of the lights to turn on with the switches. We are not able to test it further. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
