The Barbies appear to have been dismembered by some psychopath like girl and switched around as both heads are variations of the MIDGE line but the older one is on a regular 1960s Barbie body. The younger Midge head, also from the 1960s is on a generic doll body. And the arms look they are a different material from the rest of the body.

Ken is from the 1960s and does appear to me to be in tact with the correct parts but does have a stain on his head as seen in the photos.
