Original outer slip case and inner paper sleeve included with the original album.  The outer cover has wear with the bottom edge having a slit and the paper sleeve has one corner torn off.  The outer cover also has edge wear.  Album has minor scuffs which do not affect play.  Will be cleaned and buffed before shipping.
