Elegant evening or cocktail dresses in two lengths.
This vintage Vogue sewing pattern was designed by Bellville Sassoon in 1999.
It features a close fitting, tapered, boned lined dress, above knee or evening length, with a bias pleated drape, concealed elastic on upper edge of arm drape, foundation, inside belt, and back zipper/slit.
View B has contrast drape.
Sizes 6 8 10: Bust 30 1/2 to 32 1/2 --- Waist 23 to 25 --- Hip 32 1/2 to 34 1/2.
The pattern is unused and still in factory folds. The instructions are included. The envelope is in good vintage condition.
Bellville Sassoon was the first favorite label of Princess Diana, which she wore often after marrying Prince Charles in 1981, starting from the first official portrait together with her then- fiance and the Queen.
