This is a 7-3/4" wide decorative plate with a hand painted likeness of a finch. It has fine details framed with a wide band of blue. I'm not sure of the artist-Saillot(?), but it does come from France. It's quite lovely and in perfect condition-no damage of any kind. All my items are sanitary and come from my clean, smoke free home.
