Clear glass with an Embossed Happy Baby Design on one side & ounce markings on opposite side

Capacity 8 Oz.

This bottle has a smaller mouth, so it is dated pre-1950's.

Measures approximately 6.75" tall x 2.25" wide x 1.75" deep (measurements taken @ bottom of bottle)

Bottle is in good ~ pre-owned ~ vintage condition

*****In 1947 Samuel Callet ~ who had produced a line of furniture and metal polish in the Pittsburgh area ~ began a line of nursery baby bottles

He contracted with the Knox Glass Company in Parker, PA to produce pyro glazed nursery rhyme bottles to sell to dairies and other businesses

The small-mouthed bottles had 6 different designs and used a black pull-on nipple that had been used on baby bottles since the 1920's

Starting in the early 1950's the bottles were made with wider necks
