For sale here is a $1 series 1899 Black Eagle Silver Certificate in nice circulated condition. It is slabbed Very Fine 20 by PCGS, with minor rust mentioned on the back. The paper is very white and there is not much soil or wear to the design. The rust is in the form of 4 small brown spots on the left side of the note.  The catalog number is Friedberg 228.
