Based on one-on-one interviews with Elton John, this is the first book to trace this rock star’s meteoric rise in the wild 1979’s from the beginning. Written by Tom Doyle, author of Glamour Chase: The Maverick Life of Billy MacKensie and Man on the Run: Paul McCartney in the 1970’s.

An uncorrected proof is a printed copy of a book that needs to be reviewed for errors and corrections.
