It has fixed IV's, with 3 perfect IV’s in Attack, Special Attack and Speed, and 25/31 in HP, Defence and Special Defence however it has been Hyper Trained so ALL IV's are now 31/31. It is EV trained with Max 252 EV's in Special Attack and Speed and remaining 4 EV's in Defence. It will be sent exactly as pictured and described!
