1. What Climadinone is and what it is used for
Climadinone film-coated tablets is a herbal medicinal product shown in women to relieve menopausal complaints such as hot flashes and heavy sweating.

2. What you need to know before you take Climadinone
Do not take Climadinon
• if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to a rhizome of Cimicifuga racemosa or any of the other ingredients of this medicine (listed in section 6).
Warnings and precautions
Talk to your doctor:

if you have suffered from liver diseases. You need to have tests for liver function;
if you experience signs and symptoms suggesting liver damage (fatigue, loss of appetite, yellowing of the skin and eyes, or severe pain in the upper stomach with nausea and vomiting or dark urine). You should stop taking Climadinone and consult your doctor immediately.
• if vaginal bleeding occurs or you notice unclear or new symptoms;
if you have been treated for or are being treated for breast cancer or other hormone-dependent tumours;
if you are taking estrogens;
if symptoms worsen during the use of the medicinal product.
If any of the above applies to you, do not take Climadinon without consulting your doctor.

Children and adolescents
The use of Climadinone in children and adolescents is not applicable to the indicated therapeutic indication.

Other medicines and Climadinone
Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking, have recently taken or might take any other medicines.

Medicinal products taken at the same time may affect each other. However, no such interactions have been reported and no interaction studies have been conducted with Climadinone.
