Book has 857 pages and measures approx. 3 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 1 1/2".

Nice leather cover with gilt designs on cover. The corners have some wear, and at spine, wearing off of some of gilt.Pages are gilt edged. Pages have some slight wear, discoloration, slight foxing.
