The unit powers on but the display through the lens is shaky.  I do not know if there is a way to fix it and have no way to test it as I do not have any tapes to record on.  Includes 2 batteries, manual, battery charger, AC Power Adapter, DC Power Cord and storage bag with adjustable shoulder strap.  Missing the eyecup which would be easy to replace.  No tapes included.
