Carpia is a peaceful kingdom placed in a fantasy world of dragons, knights and magical contraptions, ruled by King Augustin (Arnold Vosloo) along with Queen Remini (Oana Pellea) and the court’s adviser, Paxian Ru (Razvan Vasilescu). The land’s serenity is shattered by a Fire Dragon who spreads fear and death among the people. Quilok (Ovidiu Niculescu), the cruel king of a nearby kingdom, offers them shelter and support, but only in return for Carpia’s obedience. In order to save her subjects from terror, the daring princess Luisa (Amy Acker) asks Gabriel (Tom Wisdom), the skillful son of a dragon slayer, for help. Together, they must free the Ice Dragon, the only one who can face the monster that brings destruction upon their kingdom. But soon their savior will become their worst enemy. Fortunately, old allegiances aren’t forgotten as they will be joined by Knight Pontiero (Cabral) from Quilok’s army, who used to fight alongside Gabriel’s father in the old days. The adventure Gabriel and Luisa embark on brings them closer and the two share an unexpected love story.

How's the quality ???
The video quality is roughly equivalent to that of VHS.

The limited supply of VCDs in the US has made VCD movies rather collectible for collectors and as imports, a great source for out of print or hard to find movies.
