The distance around planet earth is 25 thousand miles. On its surface are approximately 150 organized countries, and heaven only knows how many specific areas of our earth incl peoples, whose ideas and culture, for all practical purposes, constitute a "cultural country", even though it may not have a geographer's definition as such. Each one has its own foods, unique to its culture, prepared to its people's tastes.
