The Widow Had A Gun Mystery Paperback Book by George Harmon Coxe 1950
(Kent Murdock Mystery #13)

MEET ROGER PALMER- GAMBLER. LOVER, CORPSE...
It was rumored that Roger Palmer, newspaper tycoon, had been known to drop as much as ten grand in a floating stud game-and not pay up.

It was believed that Roger Palmer, handsome and callous, had recently taken a new and dazzling mis- tress-and that his beautiful young wife knew all about it.

It was a fact that Roger Palmer, who had many enemies, had just been found dead in his apartment -with a bullet through his chest.

Everyone had a motive, but the WIDOW HAD A GUN.
