No chips or cracks; the slightly larger bowl has a tool mark on the bottom; see photos.  One bowl measures approximately 2 1/2 inches tall with a 5 inch diameter on top and a 2 inch diameter on the bottom. The other measures 17/8 inches tall with a 5 2/16 inch diameter at the top and a 2 inch diameter at the bottom.
