This is a beautiful old Victorian Christmas card with silk fringe and ties.  It is about 6 x 4 1/2 inches including the fringe when it is closed.  There are two tassels attached to open and close the card.  The back of the card has a couple pieces of old tape, but otherwise is in very good condition.  VG condition.
