VINTAGE ARG. 925% SILVER ITALY AMERICAN FOOTBALL PLAYER FIGURINE. 2.5” H UNIQUE!.

Just a cute figurine of an Italian take on a an American Football player. Probably 1960s-1980s but no idea for sure. Purchased at an estate sale. Figure stands 2.5 inches tall and has a sticker that reads “Arg 925% Made In Italy”. Not sure if entire figure is sterling silver or just an outer layer with a wax inside. We’ve seen both but based on weight of 1.4 ounces, we would guess there is a plastic or wax form underneath. Still, really cool and a figurine we have never seen before. Our guess is late 1960s and modeled after a Green Bay Packer uniform with yellow and gold.
