returns and give full refund for items not as described or not working.

damage is noted in description, shown on pictures or part is sold as not
working I will not accept returns. Will accept payment by PayPal or you
can pay with credit card thru e-bay check out if you do not have PayPal
account. Bigger packages I ship via FedEx Ground, no shipment to PO
boxes. Smaller items will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail. For shipping
to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii please e-mail me for shipping quote. I
only ship to confirmed address that is on PayPal or e-bay account. Also
you can pickup if you live close. If any issues with item or service
