Vtg Anchor Hocking Moonstone Opalescent Hobnail Ruffled Serving Tray Platter. Just under 11", measures approx. 10 7/8" diameter ~ graduated gently sloped in center.  Smoothe ruffled front, hobnail elevated bubbles on reverse ~ atomic center. Lovely for small cakes, cookies, &/or Tea Room tiny sized sandwiches!  I prior personally used to display faux miniature pastries, as decor. :) Approx. 1940s Era by Fenton Anchor Hocking.
