Sold as is. The charger reads correct voltage but the remote is not charging despite having brand new battery.

When I first put in the new battery the remote lit up and seems like it would work but I have no way to test this unit. The diagnostic check for the battery shows discharging despite being on the charging dock.

Not sure what the issue is. Sold for parts or repair. Charging dock should work for your working remote.
