Cypress is a dwarf conical to pyramidal evergreen tree with a mature
height of 10-15 feet tall and 5-7 feet wide. It has an attractive light
silvery bluish green, soft foliage. Grows in full sun or part shade in
USDA zones 4-9. Can be pruned as a round ball, grow as a hedge, pom-pomed,
create a bonsai, or grow naturally as a narrow columnar dwarf specimen
tree. Will tolerate moist soils, likes fertile soils with moderate
watering. Blue foliage makes a great addition to flower arrangements and Holiday Wreathes.
