SUSTAIN ART 2 collection enriches the already famous Illy Art Collection, a series of little art objects decorated by artists from all over the world.

The idea of joining contemporary art and Illy coffee sensorial experience was conceived in 1992 by Francesco Illy. From that moment onwards, more than 100 international contemporary artists contributed to Illy Art Collection, even emerging young artists, such as the ones who have given life to SUSTAIN ART 2 collection.

Young artists Felipe Arturo, Ernesto Bautista, Wanja Kimani and Marcelo Moscheta inspired themselves to the core theme of Expo Milano 2015 “Feeding the Planet, Energy for Life”. Each artist contributed with pictures that connect art of their emerging countries with coffee culture. Their works decorate the white porcelain surface of 4 espresso coffee cups and their saucers, creating an original and suggestive set. Sustain Art 2 collection is available in a limited edition.
