The Bauta Masks have a long history in Venice dating back to the Renaissance. The long pointed chin covers the mouth and muffles the voice while the Mask hids the face, enabling the wearer to be secret. This Mask reigns as one of the most popular choices during Carnival in Venice.

Although Masks are overwhelmingly similar all Masks are different items of artistry, colors, tones and shades may vary from photo either from variation in dye lots or computer resolution.
