Fenton Glass Crystal "First Snow" Mare Foal Horse Reverse Painted Paperweight

Here's a gorgeous, crystal paperweight, hand painted and offered as a Gift Shop Exclusive. Only 27 were decorated in this design. This beautiful paperweight was designed and hand painted by J.K. (Robin) Spindler. It is hand painted with in a pattern called "First Snow" featuring a beautiful white mare horse and her brown foal standing in new fallen snow with snowflakes falling from the sky. They are snuggled together as the mother protects her baby. The colorful sky among the trees makes a brilliant background. This paperweight is reverse painted with the horse figures painted on the front and the sky and trees painted on the back, giving it the illusion of depth. Please note the bright spot in the picture is just glare from camera flash. This paperweight weighs approximately two pounds and measures 5.25" in diameter and 1.25" deep at the base and stands on it's own. It is signed, dated and numbered #3/27 by J. K. Spindler.
