This is a vintage US Mint Official Commemorative Coin cover for South Carolina, first day issue May 22, 2000 post marked Columbia Station, Columbia, SC with a US 33 Cent flag stamp.  The set includes two coins, one each from the Denver and Philadelphia Mints.  The set is sealed, in its original condition with a small wrinkle on the envelop.
