This box is estimated circa 1930s or earlier!
It measures 10.25 by 8.25 by 3 25 top to bottom.
The wood has intricate carving, and a light gold wash.
The charming scene on top depicts a lady writer, with an attentive small dog and a cupid, fairy or angel!
The inside has a thick glass at the bottom, and two removable dividers.
